for the last four digits of your SSN.
We make every effort to respect your privacy. The
primary strategy we have adopted is to not collect certain
information to begin with. The last four digits of your Social
Security Number are combined with your last name to uniquely identify your
records in our database. They serve also as a PIN.*
Our database records are used to issue
CEU Certificates for completed training. The Connecticut State
Department of Education now requires that only the last four digits
of your SSN appear on your certificate.
